SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Orders placed with us will be dispatched within 2 business days. Items usually arrive in 5-10 days once shipped depending on your location.

We use Fedex, UPS and DHL for shipping and we will email you a tracking number once your order is shipped.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order damaged, please email us at customercare@kaveecage.net to file a claim in order to get a replacement or a refund, as per our Refund Policy.

Also, please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders shipping to destinations outside the United Kingdom and Europe might incur import fees and duties & taxes that are not reflected in our prices. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery.
